Novel pertama saya berkisah tentang Perjuangan seorang aktivis lingkungan dan kemanusiaan yang berakhir tragis. Secara umum novel ini berkisah tentang konflik investasi pertambangan dan kepariwisataan dengan lokus view di Lombok.
Novel yang ditulis disela-sela kunjungan/muhibah budaya di Oman ini berkisah tentang percintaan antara seorang pemuda Indonesia dengan Gadis Arab yang berakhir tragis. Secara umum novel ini banyak mengekspolari khazanah budaya, sejarah, akar konflik dan konfigurasi perpolitikan di Timur tengah terutama terkait dengan dunia perminyakan serta ideologi keagamaan.
Letusan Gunung TAMBORA di Pulau Sumbawa pada tahun 1815 sering dianggap sebagai letusan gunung berapi terbesar sepanjang abad modern dan mengubur 3 kerajaan di sekitarnya. Namun tidak banyak yang mengetahui apa yang sebenarnya terjadi saat itu, terutama di sekitar gunung berapi tertinggi di Asia Tenggara (4700 mdpl) sebelum meletus itu. Novel ini berkisah tentang konflik di era kolonialisme akhir abad ke 18 dan awal abad ke 19, dimana terjadi perubahan moda kolonialisme dari rempah-rempah menuju industri perkebunan.
